At Kodiak Counseling, our Adolescent and Teen Therapy services cater to youth aged 3 to 18, employing engaging techniques such as play therapy, sand tray, and animal-assisted therapy. We also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to empower teens in managing their emotions and challenges.
